I can work with both, but I own a PC because of the cost savings. I recently got a new hard drive and transferring my music was the worst part, BY FAR!!!! My recommendation is pay Geek Squad to do it for you!
welcome to the cool kids table. i've never used anything else (except the virtual Windows i run for web site testing - 'damn you internet explorer!') ... yep, they are the bee's knees.
I must be the only person in the world who has had weird glitches when dealing with Macs. They just don't respond to me the way they should. They do strange things - like reset the date back to 1967. Furthermore, running Word and Excel on a Mac is TERRIBLE. Macs just aren't compatible with the business world. I can't even check my work email from a Mac because the website/server doesn't support anything but internet explorer.
Not to say that PCs are any better... But I have to admit that I find them more user friendly and easy to understand - when they're not freezing up on me!

I want a Mac! I've had the same PC for almost 5 years now and it crashes worse than Billy Joel after a bottle of rum.
