The Italians? Diving, playing defensively, committing tons of fouls.... Nah! I don't love them. But they won the Cup and that's soccer... I'd have wanted the French to win. Their soccer turned into magic with the second round. Italy, on the contrary..... Gah!

And there were a couple of french players that REALLY annoyed me. A certain retiree...you know who I'm talking about.
When I was in college, an Italian basketball team came to town. My friends talked me into going to a country/western dance hall. I taught the hottest Italian guy how to 2-step (I hardly knew how to 2-step, myself).
