Dubbed "Scotch" by Americans, this stuff is the crème de la crème of all the whiskeys. Our tour brought us to Tomatin, a whisky distillery we got to go inside of:
I'm not a huge whiskey fan, but when it comes to Scotch whisky, I'm suddenly converted.

Each protruding stone represents a Jacobite that died in the famous 1746 battle.
The dominant and undeniably cool William Wallace Memorial.

ReplyDeleteI LOVE this post. LOVE IT I tell you. And the last post. LOVE IT too. I think I'd like Scotland. We've been talking about Iceland, but most likely will wait a couple of years until the boy is a little older and can get more out of it.
Great post, Scotland sounds amazing!!! I have always wanted to go and this just made me want to book my flights right this minute - who could say no to castles and men in kilts? ;)
