Sonja and I got into Rome, and saw the land before us. We knew instantly, it had to be ours...
We walked through the streets to survey our new kingdom...
Even crossing over treacherous rivers!
So, a cappuccino break was in order.
But not too much time for coffee...there was more to conquer!
Sonja and I agreed that the Colosseum was our favorite building. Probably because only true warriors can hang here.
We found our stamp all over the city, proof that we were in a town amongst other conquerers!
I felt right at home.
After a hard day's battle, some nourishment was in order.
Just give this conquerer a map, no real plans, some sunglasses (warrior shades)...
and that's all she needs to keep quite the happy fighter!
I had a giggle fit when I kept seeing SPQR in the streets.

ReplyDeleteAnd in response to your comment, I'm actually in Orange County. Buffalo Exchange has a bunch of locations, but I bet the one in San Diego is a lot nicer than the one by me :)
looks like you hit all the big spots. that sure is a thin pizza too.
