Ashley's Workout of the Day:


Step One:
Turn on some Shakira, or any kind of Arabic or Turkish music.

Step Two: Watch these two ladies BREAK IT DOWN. Copy their moves.








Step Three: SHAKE THOSE HIPS. Way more fun than running, in my humble opinion.

P.S. Maybe I can take some authentic belly dancing classes in Turkey??? Excited!!

  4. Wow is right! Those middle eastern people (I use the term loosely) are some of the most good-looking people in the world!

  6. Oh man, I took a belly dancing class in Mexico. It was fun, but way harder than I was expecting. I think the teacher despaired of all of us, hehe. ; D
