Maybe I could put "Excellent player of Taboo" on my resume for these English Schools in Turkey?
It counts, doesn't it? Well, I am an excellent Taboo player. You would totally want me on your team, because you would win with me.
On a serious note, I'm getting more feedback from Turkey. This whole dream is becoming less like a dream and more like a tangible reality. Yippppppeeeeeee!
My only concern is that maybe the people hiring won't be familiar with Taboo. Otherwise, it sounds like a great idea.
ReplyDeleteYay for chasing dreams!
Which board game is Taboo? I've seen it, but I don't really know it.
ReplyDeleteashley--don't worry, I was just kidding about the taboo thing :) Guess the sarcasm didn't come through.
ReplyDeleteant--taboo is a word game where you have a word, and you need your teammates to guess that word, but you cannot say the word or a list of words that is associated with it.
An example would be the word Honesty. You can't say that word or the word Truth, or anything like that. It might even be taboo to say the name Abe Lincoln in that case.
It's a tricky, fun game.
