The Little Ashley That Could

I am finding a way around the problem of a seemingly jobless Izmir. I've been messaging EVERYONE in Turkey through Couchsurfing.org and asking them if they know any language schools or anyone working at a language school.

(p.s. I LOVE Couchsurfing.org for so many reasons!)

And did you know? Turkish people are so damn friendly that they've not only responded to me, but they've been talking to their friends for me about possible jobs.

I will find a way. I will get a job. I think I can. I think I can. I think I can.

And can you tell I've been antsy this week? I've written a post everyday to release some tension!

  7. I just worked in one place. I started off with one very part time job and one full time one, but then I ditched the part time one (they were a bit useless anyway). When I first arrived in Barcelona, I stayed with a family (found through the school where I did my CELTA) for six months, but after I got tired of constant Catalan arguments I found another place. It wasn't any better actually, but it was a change! I fought with my Catalan flatmate instead!
