Well, I Could Be a Zombie

I feel like I'm in some weird semi-functioning coma right now. Whatever sickness I have is kicking. my. ass.

No seriously though--what sicknesses/viruses/anything have you guys had that have made you constantly tired? I'm definitely curious. Example: I got up this morning after 8 hours of sleep, went to two hours of class, then came home and crashed because I just couldn't stay awake. THAT IS NOT NORMAL.

Anyway, I'll be going to the doc on saturday, I have to...

Well it's probably good that you are sleeping, your body is trying to repair it's broken self. lol.

whenever you feel better we need to go to Typhoon again. :) I had a blast.

  4. I'll have to join eric(k)'s questions. What do you eat and how do you workout? An overload of fatty and heavy food makes me sleepy all the time.

  5. well, I actually exercise, but only two to three times a week (30 minutes each time)...but I haven't this past week cause I've felt too sick.

And my diet varies. But I try to eat healthy! Yogurt, pasta, fruits, rice...that sort of thing. sometimes I eat too much chocolate...haha.

  6. well the problem with chocolate is that it'll give you a sugar rush but that'll burn out into a crash, how much protein versus carbohydrate do you get in your diet, too much carbs make me feel drained. Also how much processed food do you eat ie pre prepared meals, frozen meals etc etc. did you know that the tradition food pyramid is totally wrong! check out my blog for a more accurate pyramid.
